A more highly coloured sport of Fortune. It was discovered in about 1960 on the farm of A.M. Fisher, Holmlea Farms Ltd., Elverland, Faversham, Kent. Fruits have moderately firm, rather coarse-textured, juicy flesh with a sweet and good aromatic flavour.
